Smootv official website: this is the real one
Smootv has run since 2020, and because the name is known, lookalike sites copy it. The only official Smootv website is smootv.com. The only official contacts are the WhatsApp and Telegram links on this site. Anything else using the Smootv name is not operated by us.
- One website: smootv.com
- Two contacts: WhatsApp and Telegram
- We never ask for card details in a chat
§ 001 — Official
The official Smootv channels, all of them
| Channel | Official address | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Website | smootv.com (hub: smootv.com/smootv/) | Plans, prices, trial, guides, legal pages |
| the WhatsApp button on smootv.com (smootv.com/chat/) | Sales, trials, activation, support, 9:00–21:00 CET | |
| Telegram | @smootv (t.me/smootv) | The same team, if you prefer Telegram |

§ 002 — Lookalikes
Lookalike sites that are not Smootv
These domains have appeared in search results for our name. They are not operated by Smootv, we have no relationship with them, and we cannot help with anything bought there:
- smootvs.com (with an extra s, since October 2026)
- smoo-tv.nl (with a hyphen)
- smoo-tv.com (with a hyphen)
- smoo-tv.shop
- smoo-tv.online
- smootv.top
A lookalike can show our texts, our logo, our prices or even a link to our Telegram channel to look real, while its order button sends you to a different WhatsApp number. Always start on smootv.com.
The list grows as new copies appear; if you find one that isn't here, send it to us on WhatsApp. Rights holders and brand-protection services can use our notice procedure.
§ 003 — Check
Five checks before you pay anyone
Look at the address bar
It must say exactly smootv.com: no hyphen, no extra word, no other ending such as .shop, .top or .online.
Start the chat from this site
Use the WhatsApp or Telegram button on smootv.com, not a number from an ad, a comment or a forwarded message.
Check the prices
Our prices are public: €11 a month, €69 a year for one screen, Family from €129 a year. A "lifetime" deal or a year for a few euros is not us.
Never share card details in a chat
We confirm payment options in the conversation, but we never ask you to type a card number into WhatsApp or Telegram.
Ask for the free trial first
The real Smootv gives a 24-hour trial without payment. Someone who wants money before you can test is not us.
§ 004 — Already paid?
Paid a lookalike site by mistake?
- Stop paying and don't send more personal data.
- Contact your bank or payment provider and ask about a chargeback or dispute; tell them it was an impersonation.
- Report the site to the hosting provider and, in the Netherlands, to the Fraudehelpdesk (fraudehelpdesk.nl); elsewhere to your national consumer or fraud authority.
- Message us on WhatsApp with the domain, so we can report it too and add it to the list above.
We can't refund payments made to other sites, but we will happily set you up with a real trial so you can see the difference.
