§ 002 — Scam or not
Why some people ask "is Smootv a scam?"
Mostly because of lookalike sites that use our name with a hyphen or a different ending and take payments without delivering. If you paid one of those, it wasn't Smootv; the official website page lists them and explains what to do. The second reason is the IPTV market itself: many sellers disappear after a few months. The best protection against both is the same: test first, pay only through the chat started on smootv.com, and never type card details into a chat.
§ 003 — Safety
Is it safe to use?
- The apps we recommend come from the official app stores or the app makers' own sites. We never install anything on your device remotely.
- We never ask for card numbers in the chat.

What about legality?
